Melting of aluminum alloys is performed in three electric ovens PET-50/601.( SiC melting pots - silicon carbide)
Melting of copper alloys is performed in oil ovens (SiC melting pots - silicon carbide) - capacity of 300 kg (bronzes), and 350 kg (brass).

Forming of castings is performed in stands for manual forming and under overhead crane by means of green sands and moulding clays baked prior to casting, as well as in manual metal moulds.
The forming shop is provided with the FKT 54 forming machine - size of boxes 450 x 350 x 80 / 80, and the permanent mould casting machine - size of moulds:
max: 500 x 400 x 300
min: 300 x 200 x 250

Cleaning of castings is performed mechanically in cleaning drums.
Machining of castings is performed on grinding stands by means of the SZD grinders, and by means of electrically and pneumatically driven tools, such as: grinding and cutting machines, mandrel grinders and disc grinders.
The castings may be pretreated (roughing), and final finishing may be performed.

The core room is provided with stands for execution of cores based on organic binder and cores hardened by means of carbon dioxide. There is also a core-blowing machine for minor cores made of sands and resins.

We execute models and cores of wood, metal and resins.
We prepare the production technology of complete modeling based on the design drawings or based on ready parts.
